The foundation of this set is a high quality enameled dual-ring burner, model 400. This burner features 2 independent heat controls; use the inner ring only for up to 32cm/13" diameter pans, or both rings together for up to 55cm/22" pans.
The legs on this rolling stand are extremely sturdy and securely attach to the burner. An accessory shelf is perfect for storing ingredients while cooking.

A bonus 42cm/17" polished steel pan is included with this set.

A propane regulator is included; simply hookup to your own propane tank (just like a BBQ) and you are ready to cook! (minor assembly required)
